specific internet (direct line from the modem, wireless, dial-up, etc.) like
other work at home jobs want you to have. If you have those things,
GREAT! However, it is not a requirement.

I get it, so what DO you do??
I respond to request from people who either need a medical or dental plan or want to work at home with our team. I answer questions and If we are a good fit for them them I complete their applications and get them started on their training. I train/coach new team members.
My usual daily routine is 3-4 hours of training and coaching new team members, posting ads, emailing or interviewing 8-10 people a day. I DO NOT Cold Call. I DO NOT schedule Home Parties. I DO NOT Sell Lotions, Vitamins or any Products. I do not hassle my friends or family's. I talk to people who are interested in the Medical or Dental Plan that we offer and/or the positions we have available! I educate them on what we offer and answer all of their questions.

MEMBERSHIP SPECIALIST you will assist Dental or Medical members in finding a plan that best fits their family needs and setting up their new membership accounts.
We have 7 different health plans which include Medical, Dental Vision, Chiropractic, and Rx plan. Along with some non-medical plans like Roadside Assistance, Free Legal Services, Identity Theft Protection, Credit Repair, Debt Relief and much more…
The plans we offer are really affordable to our Members who can’t afford traditional insurance and they also help to fill in the gaps with traditional insurance, and they save between $200- $400 a month on their medical, dental and daily expenses all year round.
The plans range from $12.95 a month to $150 per month. Our plans have NO Deductibles, NO Waiting Periods, and we ACCEPT ALL ON-GOING CONDITIONS.
We have a Member Service Department at our Corporate Office that service our Benefit Members for us - they mail out the member plan ID cards - they do the billing for us - and they answer all of our member’s questions for us!
TRAINING SPECIALIST you will be Conducting Phone Interviews and educating people on our company. Everyone you speak with has an interest in working from home with us. If this is a good fit for them, Great! Complete their application and get them started on their training.
You can work one or both positions ** It’s completely up to you!

We have a very thorough Step by Step Training System to get you started and training is always done at your pace! It takes about 10 hours on average to complete all the training steps and however you want to break that up is completely fine!
We have Live Daily Training Calls, Monday thru Friday this is where you get on live calls with the team, ask questions, get to know your team members and learn how to work your business. All or our calls are recorded, so you get to listen to these calls at your convenience.
You’ll be working with a Personal Coach to answer all of your questions and be your support guide throughout the life of your home career. So if you have any questions, your training coach will be available to help you!!! There are also Live Weekly Team Meetings held by different team leaders during the week.
